We recently had a problem with the undercarriage of our car dragging on the lip of our driveway. We went by to schedule an appointment, but we asked if they could take a quick look at it if we pulled up to the oil change bay. They said, "Of course", looked at it and less than ten minutes later it was fixed. When we asked how much we owed them, they wouldn't let us pay them anything. Passing by on a 20 hour road trip, days prior installed tpms sensors in all 4 tires since two of them went out, called before I stopped in and a very respectful man answered and said he'd re learn them as soon as I get there, at the end I asked how much and he said don't worry about it! Other shops were trying to charge 20 to 50 dollars!
